The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with young children. They like walking to harbour town and across the street to the pool. Because it was the off season we could drive and park in the beach club parking lot where we rented chairs and had access to food, drinks, restrooms and the surf shop. The kitchen was well stocked for lunch, breakfast and quick meals in. The paint was chipped in a few placing on the molding and generally finishes were a little dated. I feel like the price was reflective of this and do not want to misrepresent that this means the condo was not clean because it definitely was. The laundry was conveniently just outside the door and no big deal to use. The building had an elevator and was easy to access. Overall highly recommend!

Love Sea Pines. We will be back!
Positive: Location to harbor, restaurants & shops. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of bedding; pillows, blankets. Nicely decorated.
Negative: Could use more bath towels.
Unable to use TV in primary bedroom.
Sometimes parking difficult.
